How we handle your data

Frequently asked questions

Which reports work?

Any body composition measurement that shows at least your weight plus your body fat percentage, fat mass or muscle mass: seca mBCA, InBody, Tanita, DEXA, 3D scans and screenshots of smart scales such as Withings or Garmin. A photo of yourself or a scale that only shows your weight will not work.

Is this medical advice?

No. Your plan is a general guideline. If you have a medical condition, take medication or are pregnant, talk to your doctor or a dietitian first.

What happens to my photo and data?

Your photo is stored privately and only used to make your plan. Your plans are kept in your own account and only you can see them.

What if the analysis fails?

Then your scan is not used. Try again, for example with a sharper photo of the whole report.
